This collective bargaining agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Board of Education of the City of Chicago (hereinafter referred to as the “BOARD”) and the Chicago Teachers Union, Local No. 1, American Federation of Teachers, AFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as the “UNION”) on the 20th day of November 2019 to become effective on the same date.
