44-34. Subcontracting of Certified Nursing Services

In the event that the BOARD decides to contract for certified nursing services, the BOARD shall meet and confer with the UNION prior to contracting to discuss whether there are alternatives to contracting. If the BOARD contracts, it will bargain with the UNION over the impacts and effects of the contract on the bargaining unit.
