35-2. Posting of Vacant Positions

The BOARD shall post vacant positions in the bargaining unit in accordance with a regular schedule adopted by the BOARD, and the UNION shall have online access to all such postings. The posting shall at a minimum include a description of the duties of the position, the qualifications required for the position, the location of the position if available and the salary range for the position. New and vacant positions shall be posted in a prominent place in the school for ten school days prior to the application deadline.
