29-3. UNION Representation
In all steps of progressive discipline, if the employee chooses to have UNION representation at the meeting, it is the employee’s responsibility to contact his or her UNION representative and secure his or her attendance at the meeting. An employee requesting UNION representation will be allowed a reasonable amount to time to secure representation before the disciplinary meeting begins. When a UNION representative is present at a disciplinary meeting, the principal or head administrator shall have the right to have an observer present as well.
