48-1. Recognition

Recognition by the BOARD of the UNION as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent shall continue provided, however, that should any other employee organization seek to represent employees in the bargaining unit, as defined in Article 1-1, such request shall be dealt with and governed pursuant to the provisions of the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act.
