Evaluation Plan |

Each teacher shall be evaluated annually or biennially as “excellent,” “proficient,” “developing” (state law equivalent is “need improvement”) or “unsatisfactory” by a qualified evaluator in accordance with this Article and the teacher evaluation plan. A teacher who receives two consecutive summative developing ratings shall be rated unsatisfactory if, in the second year, either his or her teacher practice rating or his or her overall rating does not improve.
