Scheduling of Preparation Periods for Culinary Arts Teachers |

Where possible for teachers of culinary arts in the high schools, one or more of their professional preparation periods each week shall be programmed at the end of the day for the purpose of securing authorized supplies when classes are scheduled for food preparation and/or demonstration.
